Pick from a either a brass or chrome bottle opener. Bottle opener handles are made out of used bourbon whiskey barrels. Bourbon barrels are made of an American Oak tree grown to at least 50 years, cut down, milled into planks, made into a barrel, chard from the inside, used once to age the bourbon, then discarded. I find it fascinating that the journey of these bottle openers started off as an acorn, then turned into a tree, helped made bourbon whiskey and finally turned into a bottle opener over a span of 50 years or more. These bottle openers would make a great gift for any whiskey enthusiast or beer drinker.
